We provide small groups and maintain confidentiality

The Workshops are run by therapists that maintain confidentiality within the group. Confidentiality and privacy are within our ethical code as counselors and therapists. The workshops are not therapy or coaching but a safe space to be guided and offered tools to connect to intuitive wisdom. This is where we come into our purpose and manifest the heart centered dreams that are easily achieved because it is the bigger dream we all were always meant to have! 

Anyone attending the in-person intensives HRT and HCT is encouraged to be working with a licensed therapist, or have been referred by a professional.
